Exploring hidden sensory experiences

Hidden Sensens is an experimental project that explores the hidden dimensions of our sensory experiences. The installation creates environments that highlight sensory inputs we typically ignore or are unaware of, bringing them to the forefront of our consciousness.

For this project, I developed a series of interactive installations that use technology to amplify and transform subtle sensory inputs. Using a combination of sensors, actuators, and digital processing, the installations make visible, audible, or tangible the typically imperceptible aspects of our environment.

The project was exhibited in Tokyo in 2021. Visitors were invited to explore a series of rooms, each designed to highlight a different hidden sensory dimension. The installation provided a new perspective on our sensory experience of the world, revealing the richness and complexity that often goes unnoticed.
